Developer fires entire HOA board

The Summerlin Homeowners Association in Evans, Ga., is fighting back after the developer fired the board in order to maintain control of the 355-lot neighborhood. “We just feel like we need representation here in the neighborhood, not just a lawyer and a developer making all the decisions that affect us," resident David Parham says. "We have no say at all. I think that's the biggest issue. We have no rights."
