Education secretary champions plan for more STEM, broadband in schools

Education Secretary Arne Duncan last week touted President Barack Obama's ConnectED program, saying that improving schools' access to broadband is crucial to the future of STEM education. Through the Educate to Innovate program, the administration plans to add 100,000 STEM teachers over the next 10 years.
