Federal agency surveys workers about employee benefits

Federal workers at the Office of Personnel Management will be asked for their input on employee benefits in the agency's bi-annual survey. The survey is designed to help the OPM determine if benefits are adequate and if employees understand them, but it also will include questions about health status, healthy living assistance and the tobacco cessation program offered through the Federal Employees Health Benefit Plans.
