U.K. goes after "cowboy" tax advisers

U.K. advisers and accountants who set up aggressive tax-avoidance schemes for wealthy clients might soon be pursued by tax authorities. Proposals would allow U.K. tax authorities to publicly identify these so-called cowboy advisers and fine them as much as £1 million, or $1.56 million, if they fail to cooperate.
