Yuma Medical Center staff say they are ready for healthy changes

Yuma Regional Medical Center employees are adopting healthier behaviors since a wellness program began in May, even though it is too soon to analyze data, according to wellness coordinator Nicole Dallam. Employee surveys in March and July showed an increase in the number of workers who were ready to change their lifestyle, and to exercise, eat healthy and better manage stress.
