ACA health insurance premiums announced in R.I.

Twelve health insurance plans will be offered on Rhode Island's Affordable Care Act marketplace,, with monthly premiums as low as $95 for a catastrophic-coverage plan to $377 for a plan with no copays and a $1,500 deductible for a 45-year-old. Sixteen options will be offered to small businesses, with monthly premiums from $187 to $545 depending on coverage and subscriber age. Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island and Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island are offering plans on both the individual and business exchanges. UnitedHealthcare of New England will offer plans for small businesses.
