Conn. police warn people not to call 9-1-1 for cable outage

Fairfield, Conn., police last weekend used Facebook to warn residents that calling 9-1-1 to report a cable outage is inappropriate and that callers could face charges. Facebook posts indicate fans of the TV show "Breaking Bad" got upset when the cable went out during the show, but while most called Cablevision, some complained to 9-1-1 dispatchers.
