IIHS is building a $30M test track for crash-prevention technologies

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety is constructing a $30 million test track designed for research into how well vehicles' crash-avoidance features work. The track in Ruckersville, Va., will be used in providing a standard for such technologies. It is expected to be completed in the fall.
