Most broker-dealer audits are inadequate, PCAOB says

The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board says a second review of broker-dealer audits from 2012 has revealed "troubling" deficiency. Only three of 60 audits examined are complete and correct, the board says. Among audits from 2011, none of 23 reviewed was acceptable.
