N.Y. educators train peers on common core during 3-day camp

Eight teachers in the Broadalbin-Perth Central School District in New York offered strategies for implementing the Common Core State Standards to other district educators during a three-day camp this summer. Along with learning about common core content, teachers also shared ideas on addressing cross-curricular planning, such as covering some science or history content in English class.
