Spray-on bandage covers wounds, retains elasticity

A new, spray-on bandage being sold over the counter creates a film over wounds to prevent infection while retaining elasticity, inventor and chemist Kerriann Greenhalgh says. Greenhalgh based the dressing on a water-based polymer she worked with as a graduate student at the University of South Florida.
