Foods that are neutral in pH, loaded with filling fiber, low in fat and known to have anti-inflammatory properties may help ease the discomfort of gastroesophageal reflux, writes dietitian Denise Reynolds. "Keep in mind, though, that every person with GERD has different triggers," Reynolds writes. "Keep a food diary so that you find your own personal reflux triggers."
