N.D. identifies 40 sites that need additional protections from drilling

North Dakota's Industrial Commission has picked about 40 sites in the state, including wildlife areas and parks, which need to be further protected from oil and natural gas drilling. Regulators considered feedback from the public, government agencies and green groups in compiling the list, said Karlene Fine, the commission's director.
