ST, Tapko offer KNX stack for building automation

STMicroelectronics and Tapko Technologies came out with a KNX communication stack for the chipmaker's STM8 and STM32 microcontrollers. With the stack, the MCUs can be used to develop automatic heating, lighting and environmental controls for smart, more energy-efficient buildings, according to the companies.
