Antitrust regulators OK with Legacy Hotels buyout

Antitrust regulators in Canada say they will not try to stand in the way of a proposed $2.4 billion buyout of Legacy Hotels Real Estate Investment Trust. A buyout group plans to take over the chain, which owns numerous landmark hotels in Canada, including the Royal York in Toronto and Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City.
