Court: Fifth Amendment doesn't apply to to foreign-bank records

The constitutional right against self-incrimination does not free a former UBS client from having to produce foreign-bank records sought by a grand jury, a federal appeals court has ruled. The federal grand jury had asked for the records amid a crackdown on offshore tax evasion.
