DISH Network asks FCC to allow spectrum to be used for broadband service

DISH Network has petitioned the Federal Communications Commission to waive its integrated service rule so that DISH can use the combined spectrum gained from its acquisitions of TerreStar and DBSD for a hybrid terrestrial-satellite broadband offering.
