Some working women seek plastic surgery to look healthy at their age and stay competitive in the workforce, plastic surgeons and their patients say. "I'm seeing a lot of professional women who are in their 40s and 50s who want to ... not be perceived as being too old," plastic surgeon Sharon Giese said. One of her patients added, "It becomes complicated in the workplace that you get judged by how you look versus what you're able to do."
