Harvard plan would add social workers to family practices

Harvard Medical School’s Center for Primary Care has launched an initiative with six Boston-area hospitals that will add mental health resources, including social workers, to primary care physician practices. In addition, it would establish a network of specialized mental health workers to help physicians manage care.
