Updated GED test to align with the common core

Students who take the redesigned General Educational Development exam starting in January will be required to take a computer-based test and answer questions that are in line with Common Core State Standards. The new exams, taking about eight hours to complete, will cover reasoning through language arts and math, science and social studies and will measure students' college- and career-readiness.
