CMS' autosegmentation software gets FDA clearance

The FDA has granted 510(k) clearance for CMS' Atlas-based Autosegmentation software, which can generate an estimate of the anatomy boundary contours needed to devise a radiation treatment plan. The product also offers algorithms for the head, neck and other treatment sites.
