Researchers: Tamiflu, Relenza not recommended for healthy adults

British researchers said healthy adults presenting symptoms of seasonal influenza do not need to take Tamiflu or Relenza. They suggested that the flu drugs be reserved for people who need them the most, such as children younger than 5, pregnant women and those with underlying medical conditions.
