Report: WPP in talks with Microsoft to acquire Avenue A/Razorfish

Microsoft and WPP Group have reportedly resumed talks for the ad holding company to acquire interactive shop Avenue A/Razorfish. A possible deal could involve Microsoft, which acquired Avenue A in May, 2007, as part of a $5.9 billion purchase of aQuantive, receiving cash and WPP's 24/7 Open AdStream publisher ad-serving tool, according to this article.
