Court rejects challenge to $33B spectrum auction

A federal appeals court has upheld the government's auction of wireless spectrum, saying undoing it could result in a massive "disruption" that would adversely affect the public interest. The groups that had challenged the auctions had argued that the FCC's rules put a burden on smaller companies bidding for licenses.
