Fla. schools open free meals to all students

Every student in Lake Wales, Fla., will be eligible for free meals this school year under the Community Eligibility Option, operated by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Under the program, students are eligible for free breakfasts and lunches. Principal Eric Edwards said he already has seen an uptick in the number of students eating breakfast at school.
