Americans migrate to states with better tax climates

States in the Sun Belt are attracting new residents, not just for the weather but for their favorable tax climates. The Tax Foundation reports that, in the decade from 2000 to 2010, interstate migrants added $67.3 billion to Florida's economy. Florida is one of seven states without an individual income tax.
