Cured pork products recalled due to undisclosed wheat, misbranding

Undeclared wheat and misbranding prompted the recall of more than 47,000 pounds of cured pork products from Westlake Foods, the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service announced Friday. The recall covers 11- to 13-pound cases of "Don Cafe Cured Pork Meat and Binder Product Pork Skin Added," 11- to 13-pound cases of "Tay Ho Cured Pork Artificially Colored" and 14-ounce packages of "Tay Ho Cured Pork Sausage With Pork Ears and Snouts."
