Philly initiative pushes less salt in Chinese take-out food

Philadelphia's Healthy Chinese Takeout Initiative includes more than 200 restaurants that have pledged to reduce salt content in their menu items by 10% to 15%. The focus is on Chinese take-out, which is popular in the city, and nine months into the program tests on two dishes at 20 restaurants showed sodium content had dropped 20%.
