Sleep duration may affect exercise duration, study finds

Women with shorter total sleep times also showed reduced exercise duration the following day, according to a small study in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine. Northwestern University researchers said daily exercise did not appear to affect sleep variables in patients.
