USPSTF recommends intervention to address teen smoking

With nearly 1 in 5 teens finishing high school as tobacco users, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommends interventions by doctor, including conversations about smoking risks and even mailed materials, to help address the issue. However, the task force and other experts say broader strategies are needed to help cut smoking rates.
