Fla. hospice nurse opens business to train new CNAs

Karen Dunbar-Johnson used her nursing experience to begin LEARN Education Co., which provides certification training for nursing assistants in Gainesville, Fla. Dunbar-Johnson, who also is a hospice nurse, says she likes to sell high school graduates on becoming a CNA first because it gives them a good start in health care while they go to school to further their training.
