Small pours are getting a big boost

More restaurants and bars are responding to consumers' budget concerns by adding options smaller than full bottles of wine, including half-bottles, quartinos and by-the-glass offerings. Sommeliers say the smaller sizes appeal to business travelers and single diners, and also provide more opportunity to try new wines without committing to a full bottle.
