Survey: CFOs have seen employee morale improve since last year

Employees' morale in many offices has improved since last year, according to a survey of CFOs by Accountemps. More than 40% of respondents said they've seen their teams' attitudes improve somewhat or significantly over the past 12 months. The results reflect companies' efforts to improve employee satisfaction following the recession, Accountemps Chairman Max Messmer says.
