When natural disasters such as hurricanes or earthquakes strike, it's imperative that companies have a plan in place to keep in touch with employees, Linda Dulye writes. Bring teams together through Web conferences or other face-to-face technology, and be sure to keep in contact with remote employees. After each use, reassess the plan and make it better for next time.
