Mobile's share of online ad spend is rising rapidly

Mobile this year is expected to account for 18.8% of all ad spending on the Internet in North America, and that share is likely to grow to nearly half by 2017, according to eMarketer. Although North America leads the way, similar gains are projected in every part of the world, with mobile expected to account for more than a third of online ad spend in four years.
