Mature EHR helped Marshfield Clinic save $56M over 5 years

Marshfield Clinic earned $56 million in shared savings through the CMS Physician Group Practice Demonstration program. The Wisconsin-based clinic, one of only two large provider groups that gained shared savings each year during the five-year IT pilot, said that a mature EHR system and a well-built telemedicine program were among the keys to its success.
