Vita Food Products recalls smoked salmon due to listeria threat

Chicago-based Vita Food Products launched a recall of more than 8,000 retail packages of its smoked salmon products due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. There have been no complaints or reports of illnesses related to the products.
