More than eight in 10 U.S. adults followed news reports on Hurricane Irene, with six in 10 saying the level of coverage was appropriate, according to a poll by Rasmussen Reports. "Most Americans still get their weather news from local television despite the variety of news sources available these days," the firm noted.
