Ala. schools experience glitches with new data system

Educators across Alabama are struggling with a new student-data system implemented in schools this year. Issues with the Web-based iNow program, which tracks student data, such as enrollment and grades, could cause some schools to miss deadlines for federal reporting on special education. The company that created the program says poor training and user error have lead to the problems.
