Campaign tells arthritis sufferers to get moving

A new public service campaign from the Arthritis Foundation takes a decidedly tougher approach than previous efforts, urging middle-aged sufferers of the diseases to fight back with exercise. The group says activities such as swimming, walking and biking could help relieve arthritis pain or even delay the onset of symptoms for some patients.
