Conn. district adds world language instruction in early grades

Kindergarten students in Brookfield Public Schools in Connecticut are learning to speak foreign languages as part of the district's efforts to begin foreign language instruction earlier. The district has hired an early language instructor who teaches for 15 minutes in each class three times a week.
