Christchurch's South City Center trades for $24.5M

The South City Center shopping mall in Christchurch, New Zealand has traded for $24.5 million. It was the largest property sale in the country this year so far. Australian property conglomerate Brookfield Multiplex sold it to South City Holdings in an off-market transaction. It is 95% leased with 50 tenants.
