Fortune magazine goes behind the scenes of a JetBlue Airways training camp led by none other than the airline's CEO, Dave Barger. Noting JetBlue's growth and profitability, Fortune says much of the credit goes to Barger's emphasis on company culture. "The hard product -- airplanes, leather seats, satellite TVs, bricks and mortar -- as long as you have a checkbook, they can be replicated," Barger preaches to new hires. "The human side of the equation is the most important part of what we're doing."
