Mich. legislators give OK to Medicaid expansion

Members of Michigan's House have approved a plan to expand the state's Medicaid program no earlier than March, and the legislation now goes to Republican Gov. Rick Snyder, who delayed a trip to Asia to be available during the vote. The measure could cover an additional 470,000 people.
