Train workers on hazardous communication changes by Dec. 1 or face OSHA fines

The Occupational Safety & Health Administration is revising the Hazard Communication Standard, including changes to the program's hazard-classification system and rules for chemical labeling. Employees of facility and custodial firms must be trained by Dec. 1 on the changes.
