TSA: More than 21,000 travelers will use complaint program

The Transportation Security Administration says it expects to receive complaints and information from more than 21,000 travelers in the coming year who use the Traveler Redress Inquiry Program, also known as TRIP. The program accepts input from passengers who were denied or had their boarding delayed, as well as other travel interruptions.
