U.S. certifies China's poultry-processing system

The equivalence of China's food safety inspection system for processed poultry has been confirmed by the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service. The move will authorize China to approve facilities to export processed poultry products to the U.S. However, the products should be made from raw poultry originating from Canada or the U.S.
