Wis. county board plans to consider living-wage ordinance

Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors member David Bowen told hundreds of people marching in support of better wages that the board will consider an ordinance to align pay standards with federal poverty guidelines. The move would better compensate janitors and security staff from county contractors.
