Developer brings health care services to senior housing

National Church Residences, the largest nonprofit provider of affordable housing for senior citizens in the U.S., is building communities with built-in health care services in Ohio. "The objective is to keep people in their homes, whether that's one of our housing units or in their own home," said Jeff Wolf, the company's senior vice president of philanthropy and communications.
