Retailers fall short on handling e-waste, report says

Most electronics retailers could do more to encourage and process e-waste recycling, according to a report from the Electronics TakeBack Coalition. "There's a few companies that have real take-back programs where they take stuff back in their stores, but everybody else just has these programs on paper where you can mail back your stuff," said Barbara Kyle, the group's national coordinator.
